罗马书15:14-21
14弟兄们，我自己也深信你们是满有良善，充足了诸般的知识，也能彼此劝戒。15但我稍微放胆写信给你们，是要提醒你们的记性，特因神所给我的恩典，16使我为外邦人作基督耶稣的仆役，作神福音的祭司，叫所献上的外邦人，因着圣灵，成为圣洁，可蒙悦纳。17所以论到神的事我在基督耶稣里有可夸的。18除了基督藉我作的那些事，我什么都不敢提。只提他藉我言语作为，用神迹奇事的能力，并圣灵的能力，使外邦人顺服。19甚至我从耶路撒冷，直转到以利哩古，到处传了基督的福音。20我立了志向，不在基督的名被称过的地方传福音，免得建造在别人的根基上。21就如经上所记，未曾闻知他信息的，将要看见。未曾听过的，将要明白。
14I am fully convinced, my dear brothers and sisters,#15:14 Greek brothers; also in 15:30. that you are full of goodness. You know these things so well you can teach each other all about them. 15Even so, I have been bold enough to write about some of these points, knowing that all you need is this reminder. For by God’s grace, 16I am a special messenger from Christ Jesus to you Gentiles. I bring you the Good News so that I might present you as an acceptable offering to God, made holy by the Holy Spirit. 17So I have reason to be enthusiastic about all Christ Jesus has done through me in my service to God. 18Yet I dare not boast about anything except what Christ has done through me, bringing the Gentiles to God by my message and by the way I worked among them. 19They were convinced by the power of miraculous signs and wonders and by the power of God’s Spirit.#15:19a Other manuscripts read the Spirit; still others read the Holy Spirit. In this way, I have fully presented the Good News of Christ from Jerusalem all the way to Illyricum.#15:19b Illyricum was a region northeast of Italy. 20My ambition has always been to preach the Good News where the name of Christ has never been heard, rather than where a church has already been started by someone else. 21I have been following the plan spoken of in the Scriptures, where it says,“Those who have never been told about him will see,and those who have never heard of him will understand.”#15:21 Isa 52:15 (Greek version).
